A Note From Abdul

As I learn more about all the critical thinking and planning that has been done I am more inspired that this is the work I am supposed to be doing now. Minda and I are recommitting to the timeline proposed for recruitment and start of the new cohort of Fellows. That timeline being September and October for the first meeting of fellows. We need your help in filling the pipeline of applicants.

I am having conversations with public relations and marketing professionals regarding our branding, value proposition, messaging, logo and timeline with hopes of elevating the visibility of our program and attracting more partner collaborators going forward. I am listening to Fellows regarding your interest in activating yourselves as a network to have greater impact on the state and the future of our nation and that’s exciting and timely.

I am confident that we will move these agendas forward and that North Carolina will be the better therefore. Thank you for welcoming me back to the community, giving me the direction needed to find my way encouragement that together we will make a difference.
